What is the story of your products?
I come from a family of artisans, and I’ve learned this profession thanks to my father, who had been taught by his father himself. He gave me his traditional rich and diverse expertise and taught me the basics to work the leather such a punching, the preparation of thread, dying or “abat-carrer” which is slanting to round the edges of a piece of leather.
Where do you find your inspiration?
I find my inspiration in the ancient designs made by my father, who chose to work completely by hand. This traditional expertise and the respect of ancient gestures inspire me. My imagination also holds an important place in my creations.
What are your favorite materials?
I mainly work goat leather, cow leather, calf leather and Raphia thread.
